Express Process Results
Use the screen to view
information of the batches that are generated for the Express Check-In, Express Check-Out and
Express Cancel processes. On this screen you can view these tabs:
- List View: Displays the details of each batch.
- Process Details: Displays the guest stay for
the selected batch with the Failed, Unprocessed, or Warnings status. You can also view the
error message related to each guest stay.Note: You can click the icon to modify the details in the Guest Stay screen.
The status of each guest stay in a batch includes:
- Successful: The guest stay is processed without a warning or error.
- Unprocessed: The guest stay has not yet been processed.
- Processing: The express process is in progress.
- Completed with Errors: The express process is completed despite of an error.Note: The error message is displayed on the Process Details tab.
- Failed: The guest stay process is failed. An error message is displayed.
