Generating Housekeeping Assignment Report

To generate this report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Housekeeping > Housekeeping Assignment Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property code for which the report is generated. This value is defaulted with the session property.
    Note: You can select and modify multiple property codes.
    Housekeeper Name
    The name of the housekeeper. The details of this housekeeper are included in the report.
    Message
    The general text message applicable to the respective housekeeping assignments. This message is printed on the same line as the Hotel Date field label in the report.
  3. Review this information in the Report Options section:
    Include In-House/ Departing Guest Name
    Select this check box to display the name of the guests who have checked out or are in house in the report.
    Include Arriving Guest Name
    Select this check box to display the name of the arriving guest in the report.
    Include Housekeeping Notes
    Select this check box to display the Notes specified in the Reservation Notes field on the Guest Stay screen.
    Include Player Rank
    Select this check box to display the player rank classification of the guest.
    Include Room Type
    Select this check box to display the room type in the report.
    Note: This check box is selected by default.
    Include Last Cleaned
    Select this check box to display date when the room was last cleaned.
    Note: This check box is selected by default.
    Include Cleaning Time
    Select this check box to display the cleaning time in the report.
    Note: This check box is selected by default.
    Include Turndown Time
    Select this check box to display the service turndown time in the report.
    Note: This check box is selected by default.
    Include Room Points
    Select this check box to include the housekeeping room points in the report.
    Note: This check box is selected by default.
    Show Preferences
    Select this check box to display all the preferences associated of an in-house, departing, or next-arriving guest. The code and name of the preferences are included in the report.
    Show Preferences for Housekeepers Only
    Select this check box to display the preferences associated with a category.
    Note: 
    • You must specify a category in the HSKPGPREF property parameter.
    • You must select the Show Preferences check box to display the preferences with an assigned category.
    Include Preference Descriptor Detail
    Select this check box to include the description of the preference.
    Note: You must select the Show Preferences check box to display the description of the preferences.
    Show Add-Ons
    Select this check box to display add-on items associated with the guest stay of an in-house, departing or next-arriving guest.
    Note: The start date or end date of the add-ons must be prior to the hotel date.
    Show Add-Ons for Housekeepers Only
    Select this check box to display the add-ons associated with a category.
    Note: 
    • You must specify a category in the HSKPGADDONS property parameter.
    • You must select the Show Add-Ons check box to display the add-ons associated with the category.
    Include Add-Ons Comment
    Select this check box to include the comments associated with the add-on items.
    Note: You must select the Show Add-Ons check box to display the comments associated with the add-ons.
    Show Item with Frequency Once on Start Date
    Select this check box to exclude the add-on items with the add-on frequency set to Once and the start date is prior to the current hotel date.
    Note: 
    • You must select the Show Add-Ons check box to display these add-ons.
    • All the add-ons for which the Frequency field on the Add-Ons window of the Guest Stay screen is set to Once are excluded from the report.
  4. Select the Date in the Date Range section to view the information of tasks performed by the housekeeper in that duration.
  5. Click Print. The report displays the list of actions Housekeeper employees perform in a day.
