Creating guest stay reservation using Call Center screen
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
- Click Start. The landing page is displayed.
- Select the properties.
- Click View Rates. The Rate Shopping screen is displayed.

Select the rates for the guest stay dates in the Rate Plan grid.
Note: You can also use these options:
- Selling Notes: Allows you to view features and polies of the property.
- Room Details: Allows you to select room number for the guest stay.
- Property Information: Allows you to view details of the property.
- Click Update Stay to view the estimate of the stay in the Stay Summary section.

Click Complete. The first screen in
the Navigation pane is
displayed.
Note:
You can use the Waitlist option to book a reservation when no rooms are available for the selected stay dates. The reservation is saved as waitlist reservation and the related number is displayed on the Confirmation screen.
