Adding a car type

To add a car type:

  1. Select Rates and Sales > Activity > Car Type.
  2. 2. Specify this information in the car type section:
    Car Type
    The code and description of the car type.
    Providers
    The provider of the Limo service.
    Note: 

    You can select multiple service providers.

    Default Providers
    The default service provider who provides service for the Car Type.
    Car Category
    The code and description of the car.
    Allow Multi-Car Booking
    If this check box is selected, the car type can be booked multiple times.
    Maximum Passengers
    The maximum number of passengers allowed for the car type.
    Status
    The status of the car type.
    Note: 

    By default, the value is set to Active.

    Note: 

    By default, the Property field is set to the Session Property.

  3. Click Save.
    Note: 

    When coping a record, the value of the Car Type field is not copied.
