Adding notes to the reservation

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Search and select an existing guest reservation record using the Landing Page.
    Note: Alternatively, you can also select the guest reservation record on the Recent Reservations widget.
  3. Select Notes in the Navigation pane. The Notes screen is displayed.
  4. Review the notes in the Quick Notes section.
    Note: 
    • The notes specified in the Record View tab on the Group Booking screen for the delegates (Copy to Delegates is selected) are displayed in the Reservation Notes field.
    • The notes specified on the Notes tab of the Guest Profile or Guest Stay screen are displayed in the Guest Profile Notes field.
  5. Click +Add.
  6. Specify this information in the Add New section:
    Category
    The classification of the notes.
    Note
    The text message displayed in the Notes.
    Save to Profile
    Select this check box to add this note in guest profile.
    Set to Private
    Select this check box to indicate the message is specific to a registration.
    Display on Check-In
    Select this check box to display the message when guest checks-in to the property.
    Note: This check box is protected when the Set to Private check box is selected.
    Print on Confirmation
    Select this check box to print the message when guest confirms the guest stay.
    Note: When the Set to Private check box is selected this check box is protected.
    Print on Registration
    Select this check box to print the message when the guest completes the registration process.
    Note: When the Set to Private check box is selected this check box is protected.
    Print on Housekeeping
    Select this check box to print the message for the housekeeping department.
  7. Click Apply. The note is added to the Guest Record grid.
