Selecting the guest profile or reservation
- Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.

Click Start. The landing page is
displayed.
Note: You must select the EXTERNALCRMCONFIGURED Call Center Parameter to view the External Profile Lookup option.
- Specify the Name, Confirmation number, External Confirmation number, Room number or Loyalty number in the search bar.

Select the Guest Profile or
Reservation option.
Note: You can specify Property and Date of the reservation to search based on existing guest stay to filter the results.
- Click Search. The application displays the Guest Name, Contact Details and Address for Guest Profile search. You can click the Guest Profile Summary option to view additional details such as the Property Name, Confirmation Number, Guest Name, Room Status and Stay Dates for Reservation search.

Select the guest for whom the reservation must be created. The application
displays the guest details such as VIP Level, Loyalty Level and Lifetime Revenue
on the Guest Information bar.
Note:
- You can click the profile photo of the guest to view the Guest Profile Summary.
- You can also click the guest name to access the profile of the guest. The HMS Guest Profile screen is displayed.
