Generating the Lease Deposit Activity Report

This report lists deposit activity specific to a lease for the selected date range.

To generate the report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Lease > Lease Deposit Activity Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Lease
    The lease number for which the report is generated.
    Activity Type
    The Activity Type code for which the report is generated.
    Lease Status
    The status code of the lease account based on which the report is generated. The possible values are:
    • Cancelled
    • Completed
    • Released
    • Tentative
    • Definite
  3. Select the Report options in the Report Option section.
    Show Deposit Number
    If this check box is selected, the Deposit Number column is also displayed in the report.
    Include Zero Net Deposit
    If this check box is selected, the application includes the lease accounts with zero net deposit balance information in the report.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • If the date range is not specified, the report includes the details of all the leases associated to the specified property.
    • By default, this value is set to a date prior to the Hotel Date.
    • If the Lease Managed Shoulder Periods check box is selected in the Lease Configuration screen, the application defaults the Shoulder Start Date and Shoulder End Date (if specified) in the Lease Start Date and Lease End Date.
  5. Click Print.
