Generating Account Created Report

Use the Account Created report screen to view the details of the A/R accounts and House accounts for the property.

To generate the Account Created report:

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Accounting > Account Created Report.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameter section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value
    Note: 

    You can modify this value.

    Created By
    The user, who created the account.
    Note: 

    You can selected multiple users.

    Account Type
    The type of account to be included in the report. The possible values are:
    • A/R Account
    • House Account
    Note: 

    You can selected multiple account types.

  3. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 

    By default, this value is set to a date prior to the Hotel Date.

  4. Click Print.
    Note: 
    • You can select one or more Created By and Account.
    • By default, this report is sorted by Created Date. However, you can also sort this report using Created By.
