Generating the CRS Confirmation Letter

This report creates confirmation letters for guest reservations in Reserved status with an arrival date in the specified date range. You can also set the specified date range based on the reservation date or the guest arrival date. The confirmation letter can be sent from the Guest Stay screen, or a batch of confirmation letters can be printed from the Reports menu.

You can also include guest stay records with status set to In-House, Checked Out, and Waitlist .

To generate the CRS Confirmation report:

Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Reservation Reports .
Select the property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
Select the Confirmation Number of the guest.
Select the Locale code of the country.
Select the Reserved, In-House, Checked Out and Waitlist check boxes. The reservation data with this status is included in the report.
Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
Sort the report by Reservation Date and Arrival Date.
Click Print Record.

Note: By default, the application sorts the report by the Reservation Date. The Reserved check box in the Report Options section is selected by default. In case the preferences are specified for a guest, the description associated with the preference code is displayed.
