Call Center Insight

Use the Call Center Insight screen to view statistical information related to the reservations as on the system date for the current month.
This screen is a dashboard for the call center agent. The screen includes:
  • Statistics section
  • Widgets

Statistics section

In this section, you can view the statistical details such as ADR (Average Data Revenue), Revenue of Total Bookings, New Bookings, and Cancelled Bookings for a month. You can also view the number of confirmed, cancelled, turned down, and waitlisted reservations.

You can click the property logo to access the configured URL for the widget.

You can also view a donut chart representing the statistical data in color codes.

Widgets

These widgets are displayed:
  • Messages
  • Recent Reservations
  • Property Availability
  • Start
Note: 
  • The details are updated each time the user logs on or when a call is completed. The Availability widget is updated every five minutes if the user remains static on the screen.
  • By default, the application displays all the widgets.
