Creating the Data Lake upload Schedules

  1. Select Administration > Extract > Data Lake Upload Setup.
  2. Specify this information in the Schedule tab:
    Schedule ID
    A unique ID which is sequentially generated by the application for the Schedule. However, you must specify the name for the schedule.
    Schedule Description
    The description of the schedule.
    Frequency
    The frequency for the schedule is run. You must select the unit of measure for the frequency. The possible values are:
    • Hours
    • Days
    • Weeks
    • Months
    • Years
      Note: By default, the value is set to 1 and Days.
    Status
    The status of the schedule.
    Note: By default, the value is set to Inactive and disabled. However, you can modify the value when the schedule is created.
    Last Run
    The date or time when the schedule has been previously processed.
    Last Run Duration
    The duration taken by the schedule to complete the run.
    Next Run
    The subsequent date or time to run the schedule.
    Schedule Status
    The processing status of the Schedule. Possible values:
    • In Progress
    • Waiting
    • In Queue
  3. Click Save.
    Note: The Last Run and Next Run date fields are in line with the Greenwich Mean Time zone .
