Generating the item delivery by room – summary report

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Item Delivery by Room – Summary. The Item Delivery by Room – Summary screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the report is generated. The application defaults this value.
    Note: You can modify this value.
    Amenity Item
    The amenity item associated with the guest stay record.
    Note: You can select multiple values
  3. Set the parameters in the Report Options section:
    Include Amenities Delivered
    Select this check box to include the guest stay records with delivered amenity items.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
    Include Amenities Not Delivered
    Select this check box to include the guest stay records with undelivered amenity items.
    Note: 
    • By default, this check box is selected.
    • The Amenities section is displayed in the report only if, the Include Amenities Delivered check box or the Include Amenities Not Delivered check box is selected.
    Show Item with Frequency Once on Start Date
    Select this check box to include the Add-On items when the Start Date of the item is same as the Report Date.
    Show Add-Ons Summary
    Select this check box to include summary of all the items.
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
  5. Click Print Record.
