Generating the registration card

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Registration Card - Standard.The Registration Card - Standard screen is displayed.
  2. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Property
    The property for which the registration card is printed.
    Note: The application defaults this value. You can modify this value.
    Status
    The status of the guest reservation.
    Confirmation Number
    A unique number that represents the confirmation of the guest reservation.
    Note: You can select multiple Group Confirmation.
    Group Confirmation
    The confirmation number for the group reservation.
    Note: You can select multiple values.
    Guest Name
    The name or the code associated with the guest.
  3. Set the parameters in the Report Options section:
    Reprint
    Select this check box to print the card again. The report includes all the records based on the selected values.
    Include Groups
    Select this check box to include details of the group reservations.
    Note: By default, this check box is selected.
    Print Registration Card for Additional Guests
    Select this check box to print the Registration Card for each additional guest associated with the guest stay.
    Print Balance for Confidential Rates
    Select this check box to include the balance information such as Balance, Balance Currency, Guest Currency Balance Amount, and Guest Currency Balance Amount Currency when the guest folio has a confidential rate.
    Note: You must clear this check box to exclude the balance information if the guest has a confidential rate.
    Print Lodger Page for Primary Guest
    Select this check box to add a second page when printing the registration card. The guest details from the guest profile and reservation details such as Arrival and Departure are included.
    Note: This check box is applicable only for Standard Registration Card (BJREGC).
  4. Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
    Note: 
    • By default, the Start Date and End Date are set to the current date.
    • The Arrival Date of the guest must be the same or within the specified Date Range.
  5. Click Print Record.
    Note: While printing the registration card in batch, you can sort the records based on Guest Name or Room Number by selecting the option in the Sort By section.
