Restoring the restricted guest profile

  1. Select Profiles > Restricted Guest Profiles. The Restricted Guest Profiles screen is displayed.
    Note: This screen is available based on the legal requirement for the property.
  2. Select a restricted guest profile.
  3. Select Actions > Restore Guest Profile. The confirmation message is displayed.
    Note: 
    • If you select Yes, the profile is activated and relinked to the reservations, accounts and so on. Also, the record is removed from the restricted list.
    • If you select No, the Restricted Guest Profiles screen is displayed without restoring the profile.
