Viewing Room Rates for properties

  1. Select Call Center from the menu. The Call Center screen is displayed.
  2. Click Start. The landing page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Property, Destination, Point of Interest
    The name of the property, place or location preferred by the guest.
    Note: 
    • By default, the properties are listed alphabetically. However, you can sort and filter the properties based on price or the distance when the Point of Interest is specified.
    • You can select the country currency to view room rates.
    • You can toggle the Map icon to view the location on the map, if the map is configured.
    Dates
    The stay period of the guest stay.
    Note: By default, the current system date is displayed.
    No of Nights
    The number of nights included in the guest stay.
    Guests
    The number of adults and children. The age of each child.
    Note: The age of the child is used in Rate Shopping to determine the pricing based on the child categories.
    Properties
    The properties to be filtered.
    Note: The application displays additional features to filter properties and list of properties.
    Star Rating
    The rating of the property based on which the list is filtered.
    Group
    The group name available in HMS.
    Organization
    The name of organization available in HMS.
    Primary Booking Agency
    The name of Booking Agency available in HMS.
  4. Click Features to select the preferred features in a property. The property cards are displayed based on the filters.
  5. Select the property (s).
  6. Click View Rates.
    Note: 
    • You can click Clear Selection to clear and reselect the properties.
    • You can select maximum of seven properties only.
