Vietnam Police Report
Use the Vietnam Police Report screen to print the police report for
a specific date range. It is a legal requirement for hotels in Vietnam to provide details of
guests who are Vietnamese. However, the report can also include details of foreign
nationals.
The report displays details of Primary and Additional guests such as Name, Date of Birth,
Gender, Home and Work address, Passport Number, ID Number, Arrival and Departure date, Reason
for the Stay, and Room Number.
Note:
- The guest details are displayed based on the guest stay records on the Guest Details tab of the Guest Stay screen.
- The report is printed only in the .xlsx format (Excel file).
- To include the Vietnamese language as an official language, you must add the VI code on the Language screen, install the language, and add the Vietnamese text to the global codes
