Generating the Rainmaker extract

This extract is used to initiate the process of Rainmaker data extract.

To generate the Rainmaker extract:

  1. Select Administration > Extracts > Rainmaker Extract.
  2. Specify date range to run the extract.
    Note: The beginning checkout and end checkout date must be prior to the current hotel date.
  3. Click Create Extract. The application prompts a message to initiate the extract.
  4. Click Yes to continue the extract.
