Generating the Arrivals by Building Report
To generate this report:
- Select Administration > Reports > Front Desk > Arrivals/Stay Over/Departure/In-House > Arrivals by Building Report.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Report Parameters section::
				
- Property
 - The property for which the report is generated. The
								application defaults this value.Note:
You can modify this value.
 - Building
 - The building code for which the guest details are included
								in the report.Note:
You can select multiple options.
 - Confirmation Number
 - A unique number generated for the confirmed reservation.Note:
You can select multiple confirmation number.
 - Group Confirmation
 - The confirmation number generated for the group reservation.Note:
You can select multiple groups.
 - Preference Code
 - The guest preference code based on which the details are
								included in the report.Note:
You can select multiple options.
 - Rate Plan
 - The rate plan code associated with the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple rate plans.
 - Room Type
 - The room type specified for the guest reservation.Note:
You can select multiple room types.
 - Status
 - The status of the reservation based on which the guest
								records are retrieved for the report.Note:
You can select multiple options.
 - Add-Ons
 - The add-on items provided to the guests.
 - Add-On Type
 - The type of add-on items provided to the guests.Note: You can select multiple add-ons.

- Include Address
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes address
								of the guest as specified in the guest stay record.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Additional Guests
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the
								details of additional guests associated with the room.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Arrival and Departure Notes
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the
								notes related to the arrival and departure of the guest. Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Guest Notes
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the guest
								notes provided in the Guest Notes field of the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Notes
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the notes
								provided in the Note tab of the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Preferences
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes preferences
								and descriptors defined for the preference, in the Guest Stay
									screen.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Reservation Notes
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the
								reservation notes provided in the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Shares
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the
								combined guest count of all the share components.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Add-Ons
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the add-on
								items associated with the guest on the Guest Stay screen.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Comp Template
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the
									Comp
									Templates and the Comp Template label associated
								with the Guest Stay.Note:
By default, this check box is selected.
 - Include Player Information
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the Player Number and the Player Rank associated with the Guest Stay.
 - Include Group Booking
 - If this check box is selected, the report includes the Group Booking label and name associated with the Guest Stay.
 - Include Gender
 - Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the gender of the guest specified.
 - Include Service and Pay Grade
 - Select this check box to include the Service Demographic for all reservations that have the Service and Pay Grade value specified.
 - Suppress Names
 - Select this check box to exclude the guest name, alternate guest name, share guest name and additional guest names for all reservations.
 
 - 
				Specify the Start Date and End Date in the Date Range section.
				Note:
- By default, the values are set to current Hotel Date
 - The report includes guest records if the Arrival Date of the Guest Stay is within the specified date range.
 
 - 
				Click Print
						Record.
				Note: By default, the records are sorted by the Guest Name. However, you can modify the option in the Sort By session. The available options are:
- Arrival Date
 - External Reference Number
 - Confirmation Number
 - Status
