Generating the Fairmas extract

  1. Select Administration > Extracts > Fairmas Extract.
  2. Specify this information in the Extract Details section:
    Historical Reporting Days
    The number ofdays in the past for which the extract is generated.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to 31.
    Future Reporting Days
    The number of days (in the future) for which the extract can be generated.
    Note: 
    • By default, the value is set to 365.
  3. Click Create Extract.
    Note: 
    • The format for the Fairmas Extract file name is <PropertyCode>_yyyy-MM-ddThh-mm-ss-SSS.xml . For example, MMPRP_2018-06-18T07-23-11-44.xml
    • You can generate the report only for the Session Property.
    • You can select Clear to reset the values.
