Package Ledger

This report shows package revenue and consumption for the date range specified. The report will show the package sold amounts and the consumption. The summary will show a beginning balance, activity and the ending balance. The balance comes from floating items that are not fully consumed and not completed.

The report includes three sections: transaction, transaction detail, and a summary section. The transaction section includes the transaction code and description. The transaction detail section includes the date, room, guest name, code, type, transaction code, transaction description, debit, credit, user, and date/time. The summary section includes the opening balance, room sold, sold, discount sold, consumend, allowance, discount, discount expired, unconsumed, overage, and closing balance. However, the report does not consider the EOD posted charges of the package structure.
