Recent Reservations widget
Use the widget to view the
latest twenty reservations that are either created or modified by the user.
You can also retrieve the existing reservation. These details are included for a
reservation:
- Property
- Confirmation Number
- Formatted Name
- Reservation Status
- Arrival and Departure Dates
- Reservation Note (Up to 30 characters)
You can also view these color codes to represent the current status of the reservation:
| Color | Status |
|---|---|
| Ruby | Cancelled or No Show |
| Emerald | Reserved or Pre-registered |
| Turquoise | Waitlist |
| Slate | In-house or Checked-out |
Note: You cannot retrieve reservation with Pre-Reg, or In House,
or No Show status.
