Adding partner for Tourism Extract of room – Bahrain

  1. Select > Databridge > Databridge partner.
  2. Set these values:
    Partner
    The code and description of the partner. Enter BAREXP as code and Bahrain Tourism extract as description.
    Infor HMS User ID
    The name of the HMS User. Enter DATABRIDGEINTERNALUSER.
    Infor HMS Password
    The password of the user.
  3. Select Subscriptions tab.
  4. Set these values in the Subscription Details section:
    Event
    The name of the event. Enter BAREXP.
    Document Type
    The type of the document. The value must be set to *.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Specify this information in the Message Delivery section:
    Address
    The address of the message delivery. Eg: ftp.infor.com
    User ID
    The ID of the User.
    Password
    The password of the User ID.
    Special Handling
    The path to extract file. Enter DefaultMessageHandler/R01/R01/BahrainExtract.
  7. Click Submit.
