Executing stored procedures
- Select Administration > Run Procedure. The Run Procedure screen is displayed
- Specify this information:
- Support Ticket
- The reference ID of the support ticket raised by the customer.
- Procedure Name
- The parameters required to execute the procedure, specified in the Procedure Name field.Note: You must specify the same number of parameters as it is configured for the stored procedures.
For example: If the procedure prc_UpdateHousekeepingFrontDeskStatus requires 2 parameters, then the values for:
- Parameter01 is VLPRP
- Parameter02 is 106
- Click Run Procedure. The application displays the value in the Result Status and Result Message fields.
