Generating the Guest Activity Report

You can use this page to generate the Guest Activity Report.

The report also displays the records with details in regards to the activity, guest, and the activity booking.

  1. Select Administration > Reports > Activity > Guest Activity Report.
  2. In the Report Parameters section, specify these filtering options:
    Property
    Select the property (hotel name) to view the records of the booking activities.
    Confirmation Number
    Select the confirmation number, to view the records of the activities with the booking status In-House and Reserved.
    Guest Profile Id
    Select the guest profile id to display the records of the activity bookings linked to the profile.
    Activity Booking
    The activity associated with the guest and is based on the selected Confirmation Number or Guest Profile ID. The report includes details of the selected activities, only.
    Note: If the filtering options are not specified, the report does not display any records.
  3. In the Report Options section:
    • Specify if the details such as Letterhead Paper, Include Logo, and Show Parameter Page must be displayed.
    • Select the filter options such as Pending, Booked, and Cancelled check boxes in the Report Options section, and the report displays the records of the guest's activty bookings, based on the booking status. You can select one or more options..
  4. Specify the Start Date, or the End Date, or both in the Date Range .
    Note: 
    • If you specify only the start date, the records of the guests' activity bookings with end dates after the start date are displayed.
    • If you specify only the end date, the records of the guests' activity booking with start dates before the end date are displayed.
  5. Click Print.
  • If the Guest Activity Report is printed from the Guest Stay page, the report displays the Activity Bookings from all of the sources in the following order:
    • activity boookings linked to the Guest Stay
    • Activity Bookings related to Primary Guest Profile
      • Activity Start Date is on or prior to the Guest Stay Departure Date
      • Activity End Date is on or after the Guest Stay Arrival Date.
    • • Activity Bookings related to Additional Guests Profile:
      • Activity Start Date is on or prior to the Guest Stay Departure Date
      • Activity End Date is on or after the Guest Stay Arrival Date.
