Updating the folio reference
- Select Administration > Account Update. The Account Update screen is displayed.
 - Click the Folio tab
 - Select the record(s) from the list of folios.
 - Click Actions > Folio Update. The Folio Update screen is displayed.
 - 
				Specify this information in the Folio Details section:
				
- Support Ticket
 - The reference ID of the support ticket raised by the customer.
 - Package Reference
 - The identification number of the package associated with the Rate Plan.
 - POS Reference
 - The identification number associated with POS transactions.
 - Originating Charge Reference Number
 - The identification number of the tax, such as Additional
								Tax and Inclusive Tax.Note: The value must be same as Charge Reference Number of Tax.
 - Append Comment
 - The additional information related to the support ticket.
 
 - 
				Click Submit. The application
					updates the tax data which is displayed in the Folio Details section of
						the Folio tab.
				Note: This functionality helps to avoid the repetitive execution of scripts.
