Registration Card Report

This report generate registration cards for guests due to arrive within the specified date range. One registration card will print per page. If the Print Registration Card for Additional Guests check box is selected, a separate registration card is printed for each guest listed in the Guest Details tab of the Guest Stay page. The registration card include property, property address, confirmation number, group name, and guest stay detail information, along with terms and a signature line with a date line for the guest to sign. If a guest is eligible for a room upgrade, the registration card includes the Upsell section that displays details such as Room Type (Upsold from and Upsold to), additional cost per night and Date. A sequence number is generated the first time a registration card is printed, it is printed on the registration card per the application control parameter REGCARD. If the property parameter is not set, the sequence number will not print.

You can filter the report by property, status, confirmation number, and group ID. You can optionally include group reservations, include state/province descriptions, and include the guest's language. You can specify to re-print the registration cards.
