Cancelling a trace

Cancel a trace so that an electronic notification will no longer be sent during the end of day process.

To cancel a trace:

  1. Select Group Sales > Group Booking.
  2. On the List View tab, select a group booking record.
  3. Click the Traces tab.
  4. Select a trace record.
  5. In the Trace Details section, select .
  6. Click Save Record.
