Owner room rotation extract
You can use the Owner Room Rotation Extract page to launch the Owner Room Rotation Extract process. The following are the important points to be noted:
- The extract must be created daily by the End of Day process.
- You must create the extract manually for the past date.
- The extract is imported by a third-party system.
- You can configure this extract in the Additional End of Day process.
The extract contains three distinct sections:
- Guest Information: One record per guest. Records to include all guests who are in-house or who checked out on the previous business date.
- Transaction Posting Information: One record per posting. Records to include postings on business date based on selected transaction codes (in most cases this will be limited to all room revenue / room adjustment codes, however, may vary by client), also includes all adjustments posted to checked-out guests
- Reservation Information: One record per reservation. Records to include all reservations with a room block arriving on or after the date of processing. Up to 365 days forward of business date. Does not include cancellations. Used for forecasting revenue share, as well as displaying reservation blocks to owners.
