Creating a defined trace
To create a defined trace:
- Select Administration > Property > Setup > Defined Traces.

Specify this information:
- Trace Type
- The trace type for which trace is defined.
- Status
- The status of the defined trace. Available options:
- Active
- Inactive

Specify this information:
- Trace Delivery Method
- The option to deliver the defined trace.
- Trace Delivery Options
- The option to deliver the trace based on the selected Trace
Delivery Method. Available options
- Date: The delivery is on a specific date.
- Immediately: The delivery is immediate using the specified email address.
- Offset From: The delivery is on the calculated offset delivery date.
Note: The option Immediately is applicable only if the Trace Type field is set to Guest Stay.
- Click Save.
