Configuring sundry modifiers

You use the Sundry Modifier page to configure and maintain sundry modifiers for a given property. Modifiers are used to supplement the food or beverage item or to indicate additional items that are include with the item, they can also be used to indicate specific preparation instructions. You must have a transaction code for the sundry modifier configured prior to creating the sundry modifier.

Note:  Before you can complete configuration of a sundry modifier, you must create the transaction code for the sundry modifier.

To create or modify a sundry item:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Sundry > Sundry Modifiers.
  2. Click New Record.
  3. Specify the information that you require.
  4. Click Save Record.
