Sundry

Sundries are miscellaneous items that are available to guests for purchase. Some common hotel sundry items are toiletries, over the counter medications, snack foods, and bottled water. These items are usually offered in the hotel gift shop, or in vending machines located in the hotel. You use the Sundry tab to:

• Configure sundry items
• Configure sundry modifiers
• Associate sundry modifiers to sundry items
• Set sundry item prices
• Configure sundry locations
• Receive sundry inventory
• Maintain sundry inventory

You use the Maintain Global Codes page to define the following:

• Sundry item category codes
• Sundry item type codes
• Sundry item discount reason codes
• Sundry modifier type codes
• Sundry vendor codes
• Sundry adjust reason codes
• Sundry return reason codes
