Super room configuration

You use the Super Room Details tab to configure a super room by adding the event rooms that the super room is comprised of.

Before you can configure a super room, make sure that:

  • In the Record View tab, you have specified the value Super Room in the Room Type field.
  • The status of the event room is Inactive.
  • The event rooms that make up the super room are not in use or reserved.
  • The super room comprises of at least two component rooms.
  • The status of the component rooms is Active.

To configure a super room:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Events > Event Room Configuration > Super Room Details.

  2. Select the component rooms. By default, the component room description and the status is displayed. This is a mandatory field.
  3. Click Save to assign the component room as part of the super room.
