Maintain property data

You can use the Maintain Property Data page to update existing property details such as location settings, attributes, preferences, sales channel, and guarantee methods.

To modify property information:

  1. Select Administration > Property > Maintain Property Settings.
  2. Click the Property List link to select the property that you want to modify.
  3. Specify the property information. For field definitions, refer to Creating a property
  4. Specify the locations that are close to the given property. You can define the following:
    Option Description
    Points Of Interest Select the points of interest that are applicable to the property. You can use the Point Of Interest Category (POI) on the Maintain Global Codes page to create points of interest categories. You can use the Administration > Property > Location Settings menu to create points of interests. After you set up the POI, you can link the POI to the property using the Maintain Property Data page.
    City Centers Select the city centers that are located nearby. You can use the Administration > Property > Location Settings menu to create city centers. After you set up the city centers, you can link the city centers to the property using the Maintain Property Data page.
    Alternate Properties Select alternate properties that are located nearby.
  5. Select the features that are applicable to the property.
  6. Select the attributes that are applicable to the property.
  7. Select the preferences that are applicable to the property.
  8. Specify the selling notes, if any.
  9. Specify the guarantee methods that are applicable to the property.
  10. Click Save to save the selections.
