Associating room types to a leasing rate period

You can use the Associate Room Types pop-up to associate room types to a leasing rate period. Rates can then be defined for each room type associated.

To associate room types:

  1. Select Rate and Sales > Pricing > Leasing Rates.
  2. Select the leasing rate that you wish to change the rate periods of and click the Rate Details tab.
  3. Select the leasing period that you wish to associate room types to.
  4. Click Actions, and select Associate Room Types.
  5. Select a room type category.
  6. Select one or more room type codes.
  7. Click the arrows to move the selections into, or out of the Selection box.
  8. Click Submit.
  9. Click Close to return to the Leasing Rates page.
  10. Click Save Record.
