Activating channels for a rate plan

For a rate plan to be available to channels it must be made active. You can activate all the channels, or select a channel individually.

To make a rate plan active on channels:

  1. Select Rates and Sales > Pricing > Room Rates. The Maintain Room Rates page is displayed showing an alphabetical list of all property rate plans.
  2. Select the rate plan to work with and click Edit, then click the Sales Channel tab.
  3. Perform one of these tasks:
    • In the header area of the tab, select Activate All to activate the all channels.
    • In the Action column on the channel's row, click Edit and set Status to Active, then click Save.
