Copying a booking agency profile

You can copy a booking agency profile. Information contained in booking agency profile tabs other than the Record View tab will not be copied along with the following fields:

  • Booking Agency Profile ID
  • IATA / Reference Number
  • City Registration Number
  • State Registration Number
  • Tax ID
  • Additional Tax ID
  • Tax Status

To copy a booking agency profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Booking Agency.
  2. On the List View tab, select the booking agency profile to copy.
  3. Click Copy Record.
  4. Modify the information that you require.
  5. Click Save Record.
