Adding negotiated rates to an organization profile

Add negotiated rates to an organization profile to associate an organization with pre-determined rates for that organization. Negotiated rates can be added for specific properties, or globally for all properties.

Rates are defined as a part of your global code configuration.

To add negotiated rates to an organization profile:

Select Profiles > Organization Profiles.
On the List View tab, select an organization profile to work with and click the Negotiated Rates tab .
In the Rate Details section of the screen, specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
Property

Specify the properties to which the rate be available.

Rate Plan
The rate plan for the booking agency profile.
Note:

The application defaults the values in the Rate Type, Exclusive and Currency fields.

The standard rate plan is displayed when the Property field is blank.

The Global Rate Plan field is protected.
Copy to Child Profile

Select this check box to copy the Negotiated rates of the parent profile to child.
Note: If you delete a parent profile the associated child profile is also deleted.

Global Rate Plan

Specify the global rate plan. The second field is filled with the global rate plan name and the Rate Plan Type, Exclusive, and Currency fields are filled with information from the rate plan. The Rate Plan field is not available.

Sell Order

Specify the sell order. You can specify a number between 1 and 999.
Click Save.

Note: To delete a rate from an organization profile, select the rate from the list and click Remove Record and then Save.
