Organization Profiles

Organization profiles are used to maintain key information for companies and organizations that may reserve blocks of rooms for groups, have negotiated rates, and have special billing set up for their employees and representatives. When a organization's profile is linked during the reservation or check-in process, information for that organization is copied to the guest stay.

The organization profile screen is organized by tab. The following tabs have an indicator which will display orange when information is present within the screen:
