Restricting a guest profile

Restrict a guest profile for a specific property or all properties due to wrongful or negligent behavior on the part of the guest.

To restrict a guest profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Guest Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select a guest profile to restrict.
  3. Click the Restricted tab.
  4. In the Restriction Details section, specify the information that you require. See additional details about these fields:
    Reason
    Specify the reason that the guest profile is restricted. Restrict reasons are created as a part of the Global Code configuration.
  5. Click Save. The restriction record is saved on the guest profile. Add additional restriction records on the guest profile as necessary.
    Note: Click Remove Record to delete the restriction record from the guest profile.
