Adding internal loyalty program details to a guest profile

You can use the Internal Loyalty Program Details section of the guest profile to record your property's loyalty program information that the guest is a member of.

Loyalty programs and loyalty program levels are defined as a part of your global code configuration.

To add internal loyalty program details on a guest profile:

  1. Select Profiles > Guest Profiles.
  2. On the List View tab, select a guest profile.
  3. On the Record View tab, specify the information that you require in the Internal Loyalty Program Details section.
  4. Specify the information that you require. See additional information about these fields:
    Program Name
    Specify the rewards program name.
    Loyalty Point Balance
    The current or remaining point balance as updated by external system, if applicable.
    Loyalty Point Balance as of Date
    The last date the Loyalty Point Balance field is updated by external system, if applicable.
    Date Joined
    Specify the date that the guest joined the loyalty program.
    Expiration Date
    Specify the expiration date of the guest's membership to the loyalty program.
  5. Click Save Record.
