Maintaining group preferences

The Preferences tab of the group booking is used to maintain any special requests the booker may have for the group members during their stay. A request can originate from various sources such as account sales, managers, the booker, or an associate of the booker. Preferences can be requests for of delivery of complimentary amenities, room locations, special facilities and more. Each Preference code is also linked to a department that is responsible for the fulfillment of the request. You can add group preferences on the Preferences tab of the group booking. Group preferences copy to each delegate reservation. If a sub group is created from a master with existing preferences, the preferences will copy to the sub group. Adding a preference to an existing master with an existing subgroup will not update the preferences of the subgroup.
