Releasing cancelled reservations rooms to house availability

When a delegate reservation is cancelled before the release date, the room is returned to the block. You can instead opt to have any delegate reservations cancelled before the release date have their rooms return to house availability.

To opt to have rooms of delegate cancellations returned to house availability:

  1. Select Group Sales > Group Booking.
  2. On the List View tab, select a group booking.
  3. On the Block tab, select Cancel Returns Availability to House check box.
  4. Click Save Record.
