Reinstating a cancelled group booking

You can reinstate a group booking that has been cancelled when the start date is not in the past. The group status will return to the previous status and account status will be pending.

To reinstate a cancelled group booking:

  1. Select Group Sales > Group Booking.
  2. On the List View tab, select a group booking.
  3. Click Reinstate.
  4. Click Save Record.
