Viewing guest stays associated to a lease

Use the Guest Stay tab to view guest stays that are associated with the lease. Lease associated guest stays cannot be created or updated from this screen. Lease associated guest stays can be created or updated from Front Desk > Guest Stay. You can also use the Confirmation Number hyperlink in the Stay Details section to launch the Guest Stay screen. If you select a guest stay then click the Confirmation Number hyperlink, the Guest Stay screen is launched displaying that guest stay record.

To view guest stays associated to a lease:

  1. Front Desk > Lease > Lease.
  2. Select a lease.
  3. Click the Guest Stay tab.
