Viewing lease rate details

Use the Lease Rate Details window to see the lease rate details where leasing functionality is used. You can navigate to the Lease Rate Details window from the following areas in the application:

  • Clicking Rate Details in the Lease Record View tab.
  • Clicking Rate Details, then selecting Lease Rate Details in the Guest Stay Record View tab.

The rate details display in lease period date ranges. The information is initially displayed collapsed and the charge amount will match the amount shown on the lease schedule for the total charges and includes all the fees, regardless of the billing option. Room, room type, rate plan, description, and billing cycle are from the lease record view. Unit price, quantity, billing option, and frequency only display when the row is expanded.

To view a lease's rate details from within the lease:

  1. Front Desk > Lease > Lease .
  2. Select a lease.
  3. Click Rate Details.
  4. View the lease rate details and click Close.
