Completing a guest message
Complete a guest message to indicate that the message has been delivered to the recipient.
To complete a guest message:
- Select .
 - On the List View tab, select the guest stay record to work with and click the Messages tab.
 - In the Messages list, select the message record to set to completed.
 - In the Message Details section, select the Completed check box.
 - Click . The message is removed from the Messages list.
