Capturing lost business reasons

The Lost Business Reasons pop-up is displayed when you abort the process of creating a new reservation. For example, either by navigating out of the Guest Stay screen or when you click the Reset Screen button on the tool bar.

To capture the lost business reasons, you must:

  • Set the property parameter TRACKLOSTBIZ to Yes .
  • Define the Lost Business Opportunity codes in the Maintain Global Codes page.
  1. Select the lost business reason code.
  2. Click OK. The code is saved in the database.
