Understanding guest stay flags

On the Record View tab of the Guest Stay screen, a number of icons are displayed in the Flags section of the record header that indicate special status or information about the guest. You can hover over an icon to view a description of its meaning. This table provides descriptions of each icon and their meaning.

Flag Description
Indicates that the guest is restricted. Guests, organization, and booking agency profiles can be restricted for individual or all properties to warn against further bookings.
Indicates the profile is a linked profile.
Indicates that the guest is a VIP. VIP Status is configured on a guest profile.
Indicates that the guest is a loyalty member. Loyalty programs are internal rewards programs associated with hotels and hotel chains. Loyalty programs are configured on the guest profile.
Indicates that the guest is a rewards member. Rewards programs are associated with affiliated external partners. Rewards programs are configured on the guest profile.
Indicates that the guest room consists of multiple rooms, such as a multi-room suite.
Indicates that the guest room is shared by multiple guests. Shares enable different guests to pay separately, to divide charges associated with the guest stay between them, and to check-in and check-out separately.
Indicates that there are undelivered messages on the guest reservation.
Indicates that there are guest preferences on the guest reservation.
Indicates that there are notes on the guest reservation.
Indicates that the guest resguest reservation is associated with a booking agency.
Indicates that the guest reservation is associated with a group.
Indicates that the guest reservation is associated with an organization.
Indicates that the guest account is associated with an accounts receivable (A/R) accounts. A/R accounts are used for customers such as companies, groups, and individuals who frequently use the property. During guest stays, charges are accrued to the A/R account, and the charges are later billed to the account holder for payment.
Indicates that information is present for a reservation.
Indicates that add-on is present for the reservation.
Indicates that the rate is confidential and will not print on guest forms or front desk reports.
Indicates that you can post the charges for the entire duration of guest stay in advance.
Indicates that the guest reservation has trace locator information.
Indicates that the status of the room assigned to the guest is Dirty and Vacant.
Indicates that the status of the room assigned to the guest is Clean and Vacant.
Indicates that the status of the room assigned to the guest is Occupied.
