Copying Dataspies

You can copy the values from an existing Dataspy to a new Dataspy and then edit the criteria as necessary.

To copy a Dataspy:

  1. Open any list view page and in the Dataspy drop-down list, select the Dataspy to copy.
  2. Click Edit .
  3. Click Copy.
  4. In the text box, modify the Dataspy name.
  5. Edit the Dataspy criteria.
  6. Perform one of these steps:
    • To save this Dataspy as the default, click Make Default.
    • To cancel the creation of the Dataspy, click Cancel Copy.
    • To save the Dataspy and close the Dataspy editor, click Save. The system applies the Dataspy to the selected list.
