Viewing the comment audit trail

To view an audit trail of record comments to monitor changes, audit control must be set up for your system.

To view the comment audit trail:

  1. Select the record for which to view the comment audit trail.
  2. Click the Comments tab.
  3. Click the View Audit Trail button.
  4. View the comments and then click Close to close the page.
